Dish Disposal FAQ

Q: Can you service my area?

A: Yes, we work nationwide in all major metro areas. If you live outside of a major metro area our travel charge will be commensurate with the trip distance. View our pricing page for details on DirecTV and DishNetwork satellite dish removal and disposal.

Q: How does scheduling work?

A: For our removals we don't require anyone to be on-site at the time of service (similar to a utility company checking your meter) and to keep our prices low we use "Anytime Scheduling". Our Anytime Scheduling means you'll be emailed an appointment confirmation in a few days once our scheduler confirms availability with our local Authorized Partner. Most jobs are completed in about 10 days. If you need a specific appointment time this can be arranged as well at an additional cost, please contact us for details and pricing.

Q: Once my order is placed can I cancel it?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order at anytime. Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order are no-cost. If you choose to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order we will charge you a cancellation fee of 33% of your order amount. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.

Q: Who performs the work?

A: Dish Disposal works with a nationwide network of local Authorized Partners. Our Authorized Partners are sub-contractors of Dish Disposal and are appropriately licensed, bonded, and insured as required by local regulations.

Q: What work is included with my order?

A: Our Authorized Partner will remove the dish (or antenna) and all exterior cabling. For orders to remove a standard sized satellite dish from a roof we leave all mounting brackets intact. If you'd like the bracket removed as well please contact us to discuss. For all ground level removals we cut mounting poles to ground level. Please read the entire scope of work detailed in our terms and conditions for full details.

Q: Can you quote my large project?

A: Yes! Please contact us and we will email you back so that you can send us the following pictures: two photos from different angles at least 30' back from the structure so we can have some perspective as well as two photos of how the structure is mounted to the ground or roof.

Q: Do you have terms and conditions of service?

A: We sure do, please find them linked here.
